During the licensing exam for medical practitioners,
there are several major disciplines to choose from: internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics.
Internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, and pediatrics!
These four major areas are often seen as separate fields.
There is collaboration and communication between them,
but they are relatively independent of one another.
Gynecology, in particular, is a notably independent system.

But, undeniably, gynecology has developed into a comprehensive, independent system.
At this moment, in the office, aside from the department heads of various disciplines, there's also a man around sixty years old. He's dressed in a white shirt, suit trousers, and summer loafers, sporting the iconic bald look, sitting there exuding an air of authority.
