As she turned to run, Faye caught her from behind.
His tongue teased the back of her neck and her ear, his hand slid gently down her waist. "Because it's you, only you, I can't help myself. You should feel happy. If I had no desire for you, that's when you should cry."
Tessa Caldwell snorted coldly, "But you only have desire for me."
Faye cupped her shoulders, turned her to face him, his fingers flirtatiously tracing her chin, a slightly serious smile in his eyes. "I don't want to explain unless my obsession gets better, otherwise you'll just think I'm brushing you off... If it was someone else, I wouldn't care, but I'll prove it to you. Actually, I have a way to test it, but I'm not sure if you're willing to try."
