Faye's gaze gradually turned cold upon hearing this.
He casually took a sip of water and asked, "Because of the bride price? Eighteen million isn't much; giving it to them isn't impossible."
"No, it's just not possible." Tessa Caldwell interrupted him.
She said solemnly and seriously, "It's not much for you, but it's a lot for me. I'm marrying you, not selling myself to you. You would want me to treat you as my husband, not as some young master, right?"
"If you think of me as a young master and listen to everything I say, living for me, that isn't impossible either." Faye said indifferently, with a hint of amusement.
Tessa's face was full of disbelief: "No way, I'm only marrying a husband, not a young master."
Faye patted her head, "The wedding, honeymoon will all proceed, nothing will be lacking; whatever others have, you will have, and things others don't have, you'll have too."
