Nolan poured a glass of whiskey, and right in front of Cian Channing, he took a pill from his pocket and dropped it into the drink, then handed it to Cian Channing: "Please, Miss Channing."
Cian Channing was so shocked her eyes widened in disbelief.
She looked at Nolan without moving, then turned to Faye, as if pleading for mercy.
Faye comfortably extended his legs, crossing them at the ankles, and shook his glass while lightly raising it to her: "Cheers."
Cian Channing didn't understand what Faye meant to convey.
She cried, appearing pitiful and delicate: "Mr. Chuck, I can't handle alcohol well; I usually don't drink."
Nolan chuckled softly, "Miss Channing, from what I know, you're a regular at DK Club."
Cian Channing quickly thought of another excuse, sobbing: "I don't drink whiskey; I usually drink red wine."
In the center of the table, there was a wine trough. As soon as her voice fell, Faye casually tossed the glass in his hand into the trough.
