Chapter 111 - Chaptee 111 The Hollow Peak

The air at the summit was thin and crisp, biting at Lea's skin as she and Hugo finally reached the highest point of the mountain. Their breaths came out in visible puffs of white against the morning sunlight, and for a moment, the two simply stood there, silent and in awe.

The world stretched endlessly before them—rolling mountains blanketed in emerald forests, rivers glimmering like ribbons of silver, and lakes scattered like glass mirrors across the valley floor. The horizon was painted in shades of gold and blue, the sun's gentle rays kissing the clouds that hung low and soft. It was breathtaking, almost unreal—like stepping into a living painting.

Lea pressed her hands to her knees, catching her breath. "We… actually did it," she whispered, smiling between exhaustion and disbelief.

Hugo chuckled quietly beside her, his voice low but warm. "You're the one who dragged us up here at sunrise. I thought you'd collapse halfway."
