"Don't worry, it's fine. I used to climb up high a lot when I was a kid," Gu Qingxin playfully stuck out her tongue.
Gu Qingxin went up first, and after seeing she was safe, Beiming Han followed. Gu Qingxin held his hand and led him to the center of the rooftop, pointing at the stars, "Don't they look brighter from here?"
"Very bright, but the brightest star isn't in the sky," Beiming Han said, holding her as they sat down.
"Not in the sky, then where is it?" Gu Qingxin asked curiously.
"In your eyes. No matter how beautiful the stars in the sky are, they can't compare to your eyes," Beiming Han leaned closer, and Gu Qingxin quickly closed her eyes as he gently kissed her eyelids.
That night, he held her in his arms as they both watched the stars until late at night. The breeze wafted by, and it wasn't until Gu Qingxin yawned that Beiming Han said, "Let's go back."
"Okay." Gu Qingxin got up and was about to descend the ladder first.
