A few minutes later.
"Huff... huff..."
The Blue Robe man, alone and panting, reached the exit of the tunnel, grabbed the dangling vines, and rapidly climbed upwards.
But a strange thing happened. For every meter he climbed up, the vine grew downward by a meter. So after climbing for ages, he hadn't left the underground at all.
"Damn it!" The Blue Robe man cursed, realizing that the Green Hair man must have tampered with the vine earlier. Without the Green Hair man's control, no one else could use the vine to escape.
However, he didn't panic. Wrapping his fist in earth-colored energy, he punched heavily against the wall, trying to create a foothold to climb up, but he found the stone wall surprisingly hard and unbreakable.
His face darkened slightly, but the Blue Robe man wasn't utterly despairing. He glanced at the depths of the corridor, then tilted his head back and shouted at the tunnel entrance, "Donk! Donk!"
