With a noise, the door to the adjacent room opened, and Brando, who still didn't know what was happening, poked his head out.
Seeing the black armored soldiers enter Miss Annie's courtyard, he smirked and looked at Richard, saying somewhat gloatingly, "Ha, these fools will definitely get scolded to death if they wake Miss Annie."
Richard listened and replied noncommittally, "Not necessarily."
"Why?" Brando asked in confusion, craning his neck to look into the courtyard where Annie was.
The subsequent developments were entirely beyond his expectations. He saw the armored soldiers walk straight up to the door, knock on it, enter inside without being scolded or reprimanded.
Shortly afterward, Miss Annie followed the armored soldiers out, wearing the same clothes as yesterday, looking somewhat groggy. However, after rubbing her eyes, she displayed an unusually serious expression.
