Richard walked up to the Black Shadow and bent down to check, finding a dead creature resembling a lizard. About one meter in length, its skin was a metallic greenish-blue hue. When he knocked on it with a finger, it felt metallic and hard, so hard that even the alloy bullets hadn't completely shattered it, barely managing to keep the body intact.
However, a tough exterior didn't mean the internal organs were invulnerable to blades and bullets, as the special attack mode of an air explosion could generate a powerful shockwave, exposing the lizard monster to significant pressure changes. Such pressure leaps, once they exceeded the lizard creature's bodily tolerance and the tensile strength of the internal organs' suspensory ligaments, could cause displacement, deformation, or even rupture of the organs.
