A night had passed, and dawn broke.
On the fourth morning since Narlyd had left, Richard still hadn't seen a trace of her, nor had he received any messages. He felt there was a high chance she had failed.
Thinking this, he opened the courtyard door.
Outside, sunlight streamed in, incredibly bright. In the midst of the light, dust danced like golden sand, and from this "golden sand," Narlyd appeared, holding a chest with a proud expression on her face.
Richard was startled and looked at Narlyd with genuine surprise, "Did you really find the Molybdenite... no, the Gray Moonstone?"
"Of course," Narlyd wore a tired look, but her tone was filled with irrepressible swagger and pride. "I told you, I am a responsible person, don't underestimate me. Since you saved my life once, I vowed to repay you with a favor in kind. Indeed, the Gray Moonstone was hard to find, but with some effort, I managed to bring you back this whole chest. Check it for yourself."
