"Bang! Bang! Bang!" The newly upgraded twin-mounted 150mm naval cannon spewed flames into the sky as specially crafted shells exploded at high altitude, spreading chemical agents into the air as flashes of fire erupted across the sky.
After a second round of modifications, the chemical agents have now been replaced with a more easily dispersible dust form. As the shells dispersed into the sky, they quickly formed a dense cloud mass.
"Cloud formation in progress, dispersion range has reached experimental requirements. Ready to activate the Weather Controller!" In front of the control panel, an operator loudly reported the current situation while opening a transparent cover on the panel, revealing a bright red button beneath: "Ready to activate?"
"Activate!" The captain, tensely watching every detail, took a deep breath and gave the command loudly upon hearing the operator's inquiry.
