The ground crew carefully inspected the runway, needing to conduct a pre-takeoff check to ensure there were no foreign objects affecting the plane's takeoff and landing.
In the distance, the airport's control tower was also brightly lit, activated and welcoming a large group of people gathered here to watch the upcoming trial flight.
"Runway One inspection complete, no foreign objects, no icing, ready for takeoff conditions." The message of completion quickly came from the runway.
"Runway confirmed, test aircraft please take off from Runway One." The control tower's system received the message and instructed the aircraft, which had already been moved out of the hangar and was ready to take off, via intercom.
