Lev stared at the demon pinned to the ground by Yuan's Swords of Eternal Torment, a dazed expression plastered on his face.
"Wait… pain? It's painful?" he suddenly muttered, realizing the strange remark.
'He's actually feeling pain?!' Lev cried inwardly. 'But our pain tolerance is so high that even being thrown into a shredder wouldn't make us feel anything!'
After allowing the demon to endure a few moments of agony, Yuan deactivated the swords' ability and casually made a gesture with his hand.
In the next instant, the demon was lifted off the ground and dragged into the air—still impaled by the swords embedded in his body.
"W-What do you plan on doing with him?" Lev asked in a fearful voice.
"I'm going to use him to make our journey more smooth," Yuan calmly replied, refusing to elaborate.
"What have you done to me?! Let me go!"
