Scarlett Xavier tried to cover up, "I haven't finished eating it. I thought it was a pity to throw it away, so I just asked him if he wanted it."
As soon as she finished speaking, she saw Julian Rhodes standing at the office door looking at her. He glanced at the bag in her hand with disdain.
Scarlett walked in and said, "Have you eaten yet?"
"Not yet."
"I knew you wouldn't eat on time, so I came at the right time." Scarlett said, placing the chicken soup in front of him.
Julian raised his eyebrows, "You only thought of me because you felt it was a pity to throw it away? Do you think I'm a pig?"
He heard everything she said to Seven Wind clearly.
Scarlett was speechless, "I brought it specifically for you."
"I don't believe you."
"Eat it or don't." She said, "I'll just throw it away."
He grabbed her hand and took it back, "I'll eat it, thanks. My wife is so good to me—bringing me a loving lunch."
