The Daoist Sects hold the Tao Te Ching in very special regard.
When the Daoist Sects exchange teachings, if someone begins to explain the Tao Te Ching, there are only two possible reactions.
One reaction is: "You're actually explaining the Tao Te Ching?" The other is: "You actually dare to explain the Tao Te Ching!"
Feng Jun's reaction is the first one, but Guan Shanyue's reaction is the second.
However, Feng Jun didn't correct her; he just earnestly told her, "This is Danxia Heaven manifesting in the human world. The sermon isn't the main point... Do you understand?"
"Of course, I understand," Guan Shanyue frowned in frustration, "But... it's been over a century since Danxia Heaven last had a sermon!"
She understood in her heart, but asking her to give it up was truly something she couldn't bear. It hasn't been easy for Danxia Heaven to reach this point. Now that they can finally invite fellow Daoists to speak, should they just give up?
