Su Yan walked up to the car.
The driver was Assistant Zhang.
Assistant Zhang got out of the car and personally opened the door for Su Yan.
"Miss Su, President Bo is in an urgent meeting, so he can't come to meet you personally. I'm very sorry," Assistant Zhang said.
Su Yan shook her head.
"It's okay."
He already said he wouldn't have time when he left.
So she didn't really have any hope that he would come to pick her up.
Assistant Zhang revealed a standard smile.
"Miss Su, President Bo has already booked a restaurant and would like to have dinner with you."
Su Yan nodded, indicating that she understood.
But isn't it a bit early, now that it's only half-past three in the afternoon?
She glanced at the sky outside.
Right on cue, Assistant Zhang said,
"The dinner reservation is for five-thirty. Would you like me to accompany you for a stroll in the meantime?"
After a moment's thought, Su Yan shook her head.
"Go to Huayuan Hotel."
"Okay."
