He escorted Su Yan all the way to the house she was renting.
And then he left.
Su Yan was tutoring Ji Xingyu, but not every day.
Three days a week, two hours each session.
Settled weekly.
Today's session was the third one this week.
Logically, she wouldn't see Ji Xingyu for the remainder of the week.
But, on the third day,
Early in the morning, she received a call from Ji Xingyu.
When she answered the phone, Su Yan had just woken up.
So her voice was warm and slightly confused during the conversation.
"Hello?"
The voice on the other end was very anxious.
"Teacher, do you still have that milk candy from last time?"
"Hmm?"
Su Yan was puzzled.
Ji Xingyu's tone grew more anxious
"Teacher, I've already sent a driver to the downstairs of your building, could you please come over, and bring that milk candy you gave my brother last time."
When Su Yan heard Ji Xingyu mention Ji Yan, she finally woke up a bit.
Then she replied
"Okay"
