The large sky carriers continued to hover above the ground. The deans and other elders of the University were continuing to wait for the secret land to open.
Still, they didn't know whether the secret land was entirely a new secret land or the old secret land. But every University hoped that someone from their side would gain Inheritance from the place.
On the side of the Star University, Dean Jerome was having such thoughts as well. He had high hopes for Zack Lockwood. If the faction leaders heard about his inner thoughts, they would be shocked to the core.
He trusted Zack Lockwood more than the senior warriors of the Outer Hall. He thought Zack Lockwood had great luck. It wasn't easy for someone born in Outer Zone 1012 to reach this far.
If that kid got the Inheritance, he thought that kid would be eligible for a longer journey. The one true journey—whether he could participate in saving the world from foreign creatures.
