Team 7 apart from Kakashi were all panicked, they just lossed a team member. Sakura was not sad but scared as she saw her first death. Saskue shaken up but tries to hide it while Naruto get angry. Naruto starts grow claws but before anything happens he just stops frozen and returns to his happy self.
Kakashi steps up to fight since genin aren't ready for this fight. Kakashi walks forwarded and pulls out his Sharingan, which suprized Sasuke.
Kakashi does his normal battle with Zabuza and get trapped in a water prison. Team 7 is in a panic as they lost a team member and there jonin is stuck.
When suddenly a scythe came through the air at Zabuza, Zabuza saw it coming but what he didn't expects it to see a rope attached to in coming back it him. The scythe was spinning ready to chop Zabuza arm, to let Kakashi free. Zabuza let go freeing Kakashi but what came was a smoke bomb and a man stand on the blade of his scythe.
Zabuza was angry as he doesn't know who this man is.
The man is dressed in black with a sleevless trench coat open down the middle showing his bare skin. He has black pants with finger less gloves on his hands. He also wears a mask that of an oni, through the mask you could see his eyes were a base sharingan.
Sasuke saw that man and saw his eyes and thinking if that man took those eyes cause he can't be an Uchiha.
<< So Zabuza why are you attacking some poor travelers, I thought you were different jobs than stealing>> Oni mask man said in a voice that is deep and sounds like a demon.
Zabuza wasn't frightened but he was cautious since he didn't notice this guy before. Zabuza didn't answer his question since he need to be aware of what he doing especially since he had the sharingan.
Zabuza began to move closer to the Oni-Man, then actived his hidden mist jutsu and hid in the mist. Now this man can't use his sharingan against me let go for an attack at the front.
*Clash*
Zabuza clashed with his scythe but a closer look at the scythe. The oni scythe was made out of pure lightning black lightning. Zabuza knows he isn't fighting and amateur and pulls back. Zabuza what really planning for this but decided to go around the back and attack him there. When Zabuza attacked he felt like he hit a hard piece of bone.
Zabuza mist started to clear and what he saw did suprize him. A big black skeleton appeared out of nowhere. Zabuza didn't know how to get past the skeleton cause it looked to be strong in defense, but while he was think a swipe from the skeleton hand came fast. It his Zabuza straight in his side and broke a few bones, Zabuza thinking he is gonna die gets hit with some senbon in his neck.
The oni turn off his skeleton and his scythe disappears, he walk toward Zabuza and there no pulse. A ninja came in with a mask saying he need to collect his body. The oni walks over too Team 7 as there tending to Kakashi wounds.

The oni looked at him and started to walk away when he just disappeared. Team 7 fully registers that Diego is dead, he got sliced in half and his body right over. Wait where is his body.
Out from the woods came Diego over to the group. Everyone was surprised and wondering how is Diego alive.

Diego acted as if nothing happen but secretly is very drain he used alot of chakra. Good thing transformation jutsu comes in handy. Team 7 still in shock takes a 30 minute break and continues on there journey.
They reach Tazuna house safety and have a nice sleep.
