As our conversation with Ilias still continues, the elevator from the tower slowly descend and from there, emerged the gods who currently leading the Orario from Zeus and Hera's absence. Loki, Freya, Hermes, Ganesha and Hephaestus and of course, Astraea-sama.
From there, Kami-sama slowly headed towards our direction and as a curious deities, the gods from behind her followed suit noticing that there are many people gathers in one place. Well its because of this peanut gallery why this place is so crowded!
Simultaneously, people gave way to Kami-sama and co. as she suddenly surprised from the clinging Ilias on one of my side while the other girls(Astraea Familia) are pulling me to another side. Fuck damn! Can I choose to Kami-sama's side instead?! I want to rebut.
Noticing her arrival, I'm trying to loosen Ilias but this girl is like a dry glue!
"Good thing you guys are still here! We have our meeting after thirty minutes inside the babel. And as the fastest of Astraea Familia, I represent the Gale Wind. Lion, please come over there. . .also, you too Agwin-kun, others, sorry for this inconvenient but this is an urgent task---and Ilias-san, please follow us"
Not looking at me but Ilias---and only calling her after, Kami-sama turned her back and started walking away. The other gods also started to disperse and went into their respective home. And if this is an urgent, I guess I have to look for Dwight just in case. Good thing, Ilias get off of me as she follow Kami-sama where tower of babel is located.

After doing everything that needs to settle, I immediately sprint towards the babel and on my side is Ryu-san, running alongside me. The other ladies didn't follow as they feel disappointed after hearing this urgent matter so instead of doing nothing, they started to work on patrolling like their normal justice days. Is what they say. Its obvious that they were sulking.
I also look for Dwight under that 30 minutes cut off, telling him to protect my goddess in my stead but complaining he had his own goddess too. But well, he still accepted in the end.
With that thought, we finally arrive at the tower of babel and enter. They said it was an area where the [Denatus] is always held but we entered there as per the request of the said deities.
In a room with many seat and one big stone table, gathers the aforementioned deities who's seated and their respected representatives whose standing from behind them. Other than Hephaestus and Ganesha of course, are---
Asfi Al Andromeda of Hermes Familia
Ais Wallensteinn and Bete Loga of Loki Familia
Allen Fromel of Freya Familia
and us, Ryu-san and I of Astraea Familia who also walk where our goddess is located.
All has the fastest mobility within their respective familia, I reckon. But I was in shock that after our simple introduction, arrived the familiar face I just talked thirty minutes ago.
She waved at me but I didn't make any move and just ignore her.
After then that she put down her hands and bow, thanking: "I, in the name of my goddess Artemis-sama am here for thanking you all who gathers! Adventurer of Orario, thank you in andvance for this help!"
Diety's just looked at her and simply nodded. It seems like other adventurer's here is already informed about what to do. But Astraea-sama didn't said any of either Ryu-san nor me. And to make things clearer, Ilias explained this 'urgent' thing.
Artemis Familia, huh. I thought.
As she continue, Ilias pulled out a map and lied them unto the table with few red circles in random. "We, Artemis Familia are doing our best not just for scouting, but also mapping, and this red circle here are the remains we haven't yet to explore!"
After then did she started to explain the situation. Here's the short summary.
They don't know when but it seems like monster suddenly run wild and their numbers ultimately increases, enough to destroy 2 of hunter-type familia and their respective deity. The sudden influx of monsters made Artemis Familia seek help from the adventurer's of the Orario after not getting any better result even after communicating with their neighbouring hunter-type familia for this cross-hunting.
They tried their best to pave in where the red circle is located but monsters are everywhere and keep on coming at them. Enough for them to receive more casualties over the essence of time. Presuming that the sudden influx of monsters are located there. They don't have a choice and ask for help as the last piece of arrow Artemis' can nock.
And because Ilias is the fastest member of their familia, she only conveys what happened and the will of her goddess.
"Artemis-sama is waiting for my arrival!"
As the meeting finally adjourned. Ilias looked outside, to an unknown distance towards the same location of her goddess, Artemis is.
I can't help but move towards her direction and patted her shoulder---I don't know, maybe its the will of Agwin but I cannot resist this urge. After then did Ilias flinched and grasps my hand and caress them unto her cheek and a light teardrop exited out her my eye and whisper. "Agwin, help Kami-sama, please, help her!" as she still holding my hand unto her cheek, she boldly stated.
Kami-sama, Ryu-san and others lower their head with quite lonesomeness and saddened. Some had the face as if saying 'They are acquaintance?' but I didn't mind at all.
They gave us another fifteen minutes to prepare so I stop by for a moment on Hephaestus workplace as she told me earlier that my gear is already finish other than the twelve placate/badge that I suggested.
As I'm about to equip the chest plate and the backplate altogether. I was surprise that it also had another set of clothes.
"I'm sorry Agwin-kun, I committed a sin, please accept that as my payment and please, please forgive me" she is about to bow down but I stopped her from doing so
"Sin? I didn't recall anything" I answer in perplexed.
"I see, so Astraea didn't said anything. *sigh* Truth is, didn't keep my promise. The only promise I agreed with you. Please forgive me" she look as if disappointed in herself.
She lowers her head, but well I don't mind at all. Like I said earlier. Things about me will sooner or later turn into public. I was thankful enough to receive such wonderful gift coming from the godsmith herself. So I let it slide.
Along with that silver padding of chest plate and the backplate altogether is a crimson colored three-fourth shirt underneath, made from well, I don't know where it came from. Well, to be precise she didn't tell anything other than---its the most durable fiber on the whole Orario. And along with my silver greaves and an arm guard, I flicked my body to the side as if looking in a mirror. From my backplate is the symbol of Astraea Familia that has four flapped of wings.
Yeah, I intentionally didn't wear cape for everyone to see the symbol of my familia engrave on my back. From here on, I'll fly where the sun shines brighter. To a place where serving justice under the banner of the goddess of Justice. I Agwin, won't hide anymore. I decided from here on. Evil will be swept out of the Orario. . .Or so what speech I really wanted.
Oh there's this side note I kept all these years of my life: After all, not all hero wears cape.
