Chapter 5 - Chapter 4: You’re really a kid huh.….

As Aadi sprinted through the woods, his heart pounding in his chest, he couldn't shake off the feeling of being pursued. As he rounded a bend in the woods he thought where are the other guards. But he suddenly came to a stop A poison user, with his rancid-smelling armor and deadly darts, who was watching from the beginning finally showed himself. Aadi's mind raced, desperately searching for a way to escape this new assailant.

He glanced around, hoping to spot his guards or any sign of help, but there was no one in sight.

"Well well well. What do we have here. A little piggy who led us right to his family." Panic began to set in as the poison user taunted him. "You're hoping the rest of your family guards will come save you, welllll they're kind of... Busy. We already knew about them. It's just James is a little impatient. That's why he jumped out after throwing the lightning bolt instead of staying in the shadows like me. And well you see where that got him." He let out a loud crazed laugh. Aadi knew he couldn't rely on anyone else to save him in this moment.

Thinking quickly, Aadi thought he could engage the poison user in conversation, buying himself some time to formulate an escape plan. He tried to maintain a calm facade, even though fear coursed through his veins.

"Yea well my parents always taught me patience is key." The poison user seemed intrigued by Aadi's response, his confusion evident as he observed the young boy's body size and demeanor.

"You really are only a kid huh. You surely would get confused with that body size of yours." The man said this while pointing up and down at Aadi with his dart.

"I guess," Aadi responded with a shrug. "Everybody says that. Names Aadi since you're planning on killing me anyways." He said nonchalantly. But he was acting while on the inside his plan was coming about.

The poison user's smile widened at Aadi's response, his eyes gleaming with a mix of amusement and malice. Aadi's dry remark seemed to have caught him off guard, momentarily distracting him.

"Ah, Aadi, is it?" the poison user mused, his voice dripping with a sinister tone. "Well, Aadi, it seems you have a peculiar sense of humor. But don't worry, I'll make sure to remember your name as I end your life."

Aadi's mind raced, searching for an opportunity to break free. He knew he had to act quickly before the poison user's sadistic intentions took hold. With a surge of determination, Aadi decided to make a run for it, utilizing every ounce of mana he could muster.

Bolting through the woods, Aadi pushed his body to its limits, employing his parkour skills he's learned since a child in these very woods to navigate the terrain. He leaped over fallen logs, slipped through narrow gaps between trees, and swung from branches, desperately trying to put distance between himself and his pursuer.

Aadi thought the pursuer would guess he would go straight home instead of going into the World Forest. Soo he did that instead. He thought he could atleast get to edge of Arachnias territory before he gets caught. "Well this just got worse," Aadi deadpanned. "I was the best at parkour with the family let's hope it holds here." Aadi mused.

Just as Aadi thought he might have a chance at escape, his heart sank as he noticed a giant white mutated wolf running alongside him. Blocking his way to the spiders territory. The sight of the mutated wolf, waiting for the perfect moment to strike, added another layer of danger to his already dire situation.

Aadi's mind raced, searching for a solution. He knew he had to outmaneuver both the poison user and the wolf if he wanted to survive. With a deep breath, he focused his energy and continued to push himself, determined to find a way out of this perilous chase. 'Run. I have to run.' Aadi thought
