Creating a big organization spanning a galaxy or more.
Can work in DC, Invincible, Marvel, Ben 10 or others
Called the Galactic Enforcers as an all encompassing umbrella with different divisions under it (five main divisions).
Plumbers known to fix problems. I'd make them the detective division full of smart bright minds that are deployed when a problem needs solving and people can't wrap their heads around it.
They'd have the best technology and training geared towards that. Plus more.
(They'd be like their Ben 10 selves but more geared towards detective work than fighting)
SHIELD. These are the guys responsible for defense of planets/worlds under or in contract with the Galactic Enforcers. And also mainly responsible for the defense of the home planet where the main headquarters of the Galactic Enforcers is situated at.
If alien invasions ever happened to those worlds, they would step in to help or at least slow down the enemy long enough for backup to arrive.
They're also responsible for planetary watch (setting up bases on planets moons, or on the planets themselves and having satellites monitoring space activity so they can warn others in time)
And the coolest part of this idea, they work with and have the best barrier technology planet wide (to protect the planets under their protection from Solar flares or alien armadas fire) and personal (each agent having suits with better barrier tech than other divisions)
(Think Marvels S.H.I.E.L.D but better. And again, they live up to their name or try to.
And don't involve themselves in people's business or country's politics and dress it up by saying we protect you, so we have the right to frame you and do whatever we want with you because we're above the law and you can't do shit about it)
SWORD. These guys are the Galactic Enforcers main attack force. They go where they're told to.
They're the main backup that's sent to help SHIELD deal with attacks against the planets they're protecting (while the plumbers sent do more investigative work even though they too can fight if needed).
They're also sent to hunt criminals. Retrieve escaped convicts and dangerous people (normally sent with plumbers to find them).
They're a division that is mainly offensive.
(Unlike Marvels SWORD that monitors and deals with space stuff on the front door, these guys live up to their name. Point their sharp end at and enemy and direct them to it and they'll pierce through. They're the sword of the Enforcers)
AIM. Science and technology division of the Galactic Enforcers.
They carry out research. Figure things. Constantly try to improve the gear, facilities and technology the divisions and Galactic Enforcers as a whole use.
AIM itself having different subdivisions under it like e.g. Agriculture (for each world, different agriculture, foods climate and weather etc.), livelihood (how to improve people's way of life), medical (on different planets studying their local ways and modern ways of healing etc.
(Why not make a good A.I.M that actually lives up to it's name and has advanced ideas for helping people)
The Last main division is the Librarians.
They chronicle everything. And they have branches on all planets.
They chronicle or note down history exactly as it was (the good and the bad).
They're the daredevils, the eccentrics, the tomb raiders and archeologists. The ones that boldly go where none has dared to to go before.
They gather things to dangerous to stay in public and lock it away. (whether its magical in nature or not)
They also have subdivisions like the Watchers (who travel time and watch and catalog it and deal with time issues so the timeline stays as it should be) and chroniclers (who take record of history and real-time events as is their original purpose).
They're the first division to be made. It's first leader founded the Galactic Enforcers and later on delegated with his friends and thus, other divisions were born. It started with them. They're also the most secretive.

Galactic Enforcers Five main divisions;
- Plumbers
- SHIELD
- SWORD
- AIM
- Librarians
With SHIELD, AIM and the Librarians having branches on all worlds their involved in.
Plumbers and SWORD would only have branches on main worlds that they focus on. And main worlds would be worlds that are too far away from the home world of main headquarters. They'd have headquarters their that others can report to if they can't make it to the main headquarters. They'd not be too many though.
The MC can either be the guy that went and established all of it or he reincarnated in a world where this GF (Galactic Enforcers) or GG (Galactic Guardians) was already established and becomes part of them. Or a person already in the story there (not transmigrated or reincarnated).
I think this organization would work better in Ben 10 universe.
