Chapter 24 - Chapter 24: Circus Slaying

 (Location: Thriller Bark)

(General POV)

It was quite awhile before Luke finally emerged from Moria's chambers, and when he did he looked far better than Jack would have guessed. Sure he was still injured, but at least he had a smile on his face. "You better not have taken advantage of that poor girl." Haedrig warned Luke upon seeing him. "Oh please. If anything, she took advantage of me. I was the victim here." Luke said, sounding completely sincere, which was astounding all things considered. "You have no shame." Smoker said, to which Luke simply shrugged. "So where is this lady?" Tashigi asked curiously. "Asleep up there." Luke answered while pointing towards Moria's chambers.

While Dr. Kureha and Chopper patched up Luke's injuries, Luke told them all about Enies Lobby, the Buster Call, and how Kizaru showed up and save Aokiji, then how he chased him here into this fog, then about how he landed on Brook's ship before coming here to Thriller Bark. He left out the details between him and Pinky, but based on what everyone knew so far, they could make a fairly educated guess.

By the time everything was completely settled, Haedrig and the other Sentinels departed back to the East Blue along with Kureha, Chopper and the victims that had been trapped on the island, and as a special thanks for helping Luke, Radek took Brook back to the twin capes near Reverse Mountain so he could see Laboon, the giant island whale.

Brook had been very grateful, and thanked Luke for everything he had done for him. After that, Jack cleared every remnant of the undead from Thriller Bark, even going so far as to remove the giant mast and the mansion, though not before he looted everything of value from it, including an armband that had an Eternal Log Pose strapped onto it. After that, he stored the whole thing inside of his [Inventory], having a fairly good idea on how to put it to better use.

Going back to Water-7, Jack went to Iceburg and asked if he had found a suitable new location for Water-7. It had only been a few hours since they had discussed the whole thing, but thankfully Iceburg and the rest of Galley-La worked quickly and efficiently. "Not far from here there is a continental shelf where the landmass lies only a few meters beneath the ocean's surface. We could reinforce it and place all of Water-7 there." Iceburg suggested. It was better than Jack's idea of simply filling the ocean with pieces of the Red Line until he had created a firm foundation, so with that they moved to inspect the area.

Under Iceburg's supervision, Jack dropped large quantities of the Red Line around the Continental Shelf, creating somewhat of an island with just that, however this was just the beginning. It took a few days of spreading the word, but soon the entire city was aware of the incoming changes that would take place, and on the day in question, the whole city held its breath in preparation for what was soon to come.

Having been briefed of everything beforehand, Nojiko knelt down to the ground and began enveloping as much of Water-7 as she could possibly get under her control, and soon the whole island began to shake as it began to rise from the sea. People watched in fascination as much of the city that had already sunk began to rise from the ocean. More and more levels of the city began to rise until finally there were old trees and even what looked to have been fields rose up from the depths.

If Water-7 was big before, the city was easily twice as big, and there was three times more landmass. For her part, Nojiko looked more than a little burdened by stretching her power so much, but she was able to bring it all above the ocean's surface, then very slowly she moved it the few Kilometers to the set destination, and after getting it situated in just the right position, she placed it down.

Jack stayed in Water-7 for a few weeks, helping Iceburg move the Sea Train tracks, helping build a new train station, and even going the extra mile of placing a sea wall around the city. He actually got inspiration to do this from Thriller Bark, having seen how useful something like that could be. There were two gates in the wall that could be closed, similar to Thriller Barks, but also similar to what the Marines had, at least in appearance. He also added the landmass of Thriller Bark to the city, giving it a forest and more room to grow.

By the time they were set to leave, the city had completely transformed into something else entirely, and Jack could see that it would be a pivotal ally in the future. Thankfully the people knew who was responsible for their good fortune, and they weren't one bit shy about celebrating Jack Sparrow and The Order. Of course this might lead to problems with the Marines down the road, but Jack assured them that they could call him for help at any time and he and The Order would come to their aid.

"Thank you, Jack. We won't forget everything you've done." Iceburg said gratefully as he shook Jack's hand, then with that, Jack and the others boarded the Pearl before they set off for their next destination. "Alright, now that we've finally got that settled, let's go to Sabaody. I've been itching to get to the Holy City." Luke said anxiously. They all knew how much he was itching to kill the world nobles, so seeing him like this was quite expected. "Calm down. We've waited this long, so we can afford to wait a few more hours." Jack said, to which Luke simply nodded with a grumble. "It's okay, Luke. In the meantime let's go and do some more redecorating in our room." Perona told Luke, who merely grumbled something about there already being too much pink in his room.

"I don't think those two together is a good idea. Luke seems like he wants to kill her half the time." Nami said seriously. "That doesn't matter. It's what they do the other half of the time that keeps them together." Smoker said, and they all knew it was true, no matter how unhealthy it was. A relationship that was purely physical would not last forever, so this was more like a ticking time-bomb.

Ignoring the inevitable problem that came from Luke's love life, Jack called Haedrig to inform him and the others about their upcoming assault on the Holy City, and the man informed him that they were more than ready to face whatever lied ahead. The troops were waiting, and they had already prepared accommodations for whatever slaves they happened to free.

To be on the safe side of things, Jack also called Dragon to inform him as well about the raid. Dragon appreciated the heads up, but also left Jack with a warning that the Five Elders were not to be taken lightly, on top of the fact that there was a group called the Holy Knights, and they were a force that was rarely if ever mobilized, but when it was, be on guard. Jack had no idea who the Holy Knights were, having never heard or seen them in the manga or anime, but he suspected they probably were introduced sometime during or after the Wano Arc, something which he didn't get to see.

With that, Jack figured there was nothing else keeping them, thus he boosted the speed towards Sabaody Archipelago.

 *****

After only a few hours of high speed travel through the skies of Paradise, the Red Line could be seen off in the distance, and near its base they could see the Red Port, and just a few kilometers away from that was Sabaody Archipelago. The Holy City of Mary Geoise was directly above the Red Port, however to try and go there in the middle of broad daylight was just asking for more problems than ever before. "We're so close…" Jack heard Luke mumble under his breath as he stared upwards towards where they knew the Holy City to be.

"Easy there. Come nightfall we'll hit it and hit it hard. For now though, we'll stop at Sabaody." Jack told him. They all knew the plan was to wait until nightfall, however Luke was getting rather impatient. His targets were literally in sight, and he was stronger than ever before. His injuries from Kizaru were completely healed, and now he was ready to strike. Smoker and the others were antsy as well, but none so more than Luke.

As soon as they touched down beside the island, all of them began to get into groups to go and explore the island. Smoker and Robin surprisingly decided to go and explore the town together, which was a bit odd, however thinking about the two of them, Jack realized that Smoker spent a lot of his time in the library. 'Maybe they talk a lot.' Jack thought to himself.

Moving on, Nami, Nojiko, and Tashigi wanted to have a little spa day, and Kureha and Chopper were already back in the East Blue with Radek, though not before they got Jack to deliver a wide range of supplies to them. With that, it left Luke and Perona to travel together, however Luke seemed like he was reaching the end of his rope with her.

"This is great! We can get you a makeover, and we can get more plushies for our room. You also need some new clothes. Those ones are too bright, and they don't go with your hair, which by the way, is my second favorite part of you." Perona said happily. Luke merely grumbled something under his breath at her back while making strangling motions in the air.

"Before I forget, here is everyone's share of the money we got from Thriller Bark. Given how the Sentinels showed up to help, and given how they were the ones who took care of the people there at the time, they were entitled to half of it, and after converting it all to berries, this is what was left. You can put it in your rooms for now for later if you want or I can keep it if you like. Also before I forget, Nami, to make up for me trapping you in darkness back in Water-7 awhile ago, you can choose between one of these two options. This Eternal Log Pose that I found on Thriller Bark, or these ten treasure maps that should each lead to a different mass of treasure." Jack said, and after giving everyone their bags of money he held out the two options for Nami to choose from.

"Where does the Eternal Log Pose go?" She asked curiously. "I can't say for certain, because I just found it. However if one of the Seven Warlords was hiding it away then it might lead to something cool." Jack told her. "We're talking about the same guy who collected corpses. Yeah, no thanks. I'll take the treasure maps." Nami said, then snatched them away from Jack.

Chuckling internally to himself, Jack laughed at how Nami had just passed over Captain John's armband, which would lead someone to where his fortune that was said to be so vast, he was one of the richest men in the world. Jack knew this from Buggy in the anime, but also because since coming to this world he actually did a bit of research on Captain John, and found that he was quite the big deal.

He was a member of the infamous Rock's Pirates, and after they disbanded he started his own pirate crew. Apparently he was so greedy that he hoarded the treasure he plundered even from his own crew, which in turn caused them to mutiny against him and killed him. Now Jack had an Eternal Log Pose that would point him straight to the man's treasure, and he didn't even have to share it if he didn't want to.

With that all settled, Jack dismissed everyone else from the ship, then he stored it away inside of his [Inventory] so nothing bad would happen to it, then he set off alone. Unlike the others, he didn't want to go to the spa or go buy items or provisions. On the contrary, he actually wanted to go and meet someone who he was looking forward to meeting ever since he first came to this world.

Given how all of Sabaody Archipelago was made up of 79 numbered mangroves, and given that he was currently on Grove 30, Jack began making his way to the lower Groves. His destination was Shakky's Rip-Off Bar on Grove 13, and if he was lucky then hopefully he would be able to meet Dark King Silvers Rayleigh, the second in command to the late pirate king, Gold Roger.

Rayleigh was a complete badass in the anime, and of everyone in this world, he was probably one of the ones he wanted to meet the most. The guy seemed rather laid back, and so long as you didn't piss him off, he was probably one of the few people who would let you do whatever you wanted and help you do it too.

It took Jack almost no time at all to find the place, it not being any particular hideout or anything, and it was just right there in the open. Walking inside, Jack saw a few people being robbed by the owner of said bar, and an old man sitting at the counter. One look at the old man and Jack knew exactly who he was. "Dark King Rayleigh…" Jack whispered quietly.

Acting as calmly as could be, Jack moved over to the counter near the old man and took a seat. "A bottle of rum, please." He said to the woman, then placed a stack of cash in front of him to show her that he was in fact a paying customer. "You sure don't waste any time, do you Sparrow?" The woman said even as she moved to the door and tossed the dead-beats outside before walking back behind the counter. "Did you know I was coming here?" Jack asked in confusion.

He honestly hadn't expected her to have been expecting him, which was kind of weird. Knowing who he was wasn't really a surprise, given his infamy, but to know he was coming was a whole other matter. "Let's just say I've been following your exploits. I knew it was you in Water-7, and naturally your next step would be here. You never seemed in any particular hurry to get anywhere, but seeing as how Water-7 finished its construction yesterday, it was safe to assume you would be by soon, I just didn't think it would be this soon." Shakky answered simply.

Seeing the look on his face, Rayleigh decided to clarify things. "She reads the paper a lot, and is very good at making deductions, though some of them are a little wild. She guessed it was you who took out Crocodile, and a few weeks ago she guessed you took out Gecko Moria. She also has this wild theory that you're actually the notorious bounty hunter, William Turner who turned in Shiki's bounty a few months ago." Rayleigh said with a laugh.

"How'd you figure out I was William Turner?" Jack couldn't help but ask, finding it to be rather troubling that she had been able to guess that. For his part, Rayleigh suddenly stopped laughing and then shot Jack a curious look. "You mean she's right?" He questioned. "See. I told you it was him. A bounty hunter that powerful doesn't just appear out of nowhere, and given how Shiki wasn't a pirate that just anyone could handle, it was rather obvious it was him. Of course I also did a bit of digging into everything I could about you before I was able to connect the dots, but the evidence speaks for itself." Shakky said, and Jack couldn't help but be impressed with her powers of deduction.

"I'd appreciate it if you two kept that little bit of information to yourselves. It's difficult to build an alias that the World Government trusts, and I intend to use this one for as long as I can." Jack told the two, who merely shrugged. It's not like there was anyone for them to tell, after all both of them were rather notorious in their own rights. "So what brings you to my humble little bar?" Shakky asked curiously.

"Merely killing time, actually. The rest of my guild are wandering around the island, but The Order is gearing up to attack the Holy City tonight. In the meantime, I figured I'd come and see if I could meet Rayleigh." Jack answered honestly. "How'd you know I'd be here?" Rayleigh asked him. "I heard a rumor you two got married, and considering the name of your bar doesn't exactly scream 'covert' I figured you might be here." Jack answered. "Oh great. You're just as bad as Shakky. Lets hope all of the smart people stay out of the Marines, otherwise we're going to have to move shop." Rayleigh said, a little annoyed at the fact that someone was able to figure out his location with just a simple rumor.

"I know you came to meet Ray, but you wouldn't mind if I asked you a few questions, would you? Ever since I read about your take over of the East Blue, I've been rather curious about your organization. How exactly did it start?" Shakky asked even as she pulled up a chair of her own and sat down in front of Jack. Not seeing the harm in it, he revealed his meeting with Luke and the others, then his liberation of Tequila Wolf and the creation of The Order. He told them all about the Sentinels, the Adventurers, even his own guild and about his deals with Tsuru, Garp, and Sengoku.

"Wow. When you do something, you sure don't half-ass it. The Revolutionary Army has been around for almost twenty years and they don't have nearly as strong of a foothold as you do. That's quite impressive." Shakky complemented. "Thanks, but it wasn't just me. Everyone in The Order is driven in their own way, not to mention I have the greatest guild in the world. They've been invaluable." Jack said simply.

"That's true, but none of them would be where they are today without your help, and I get the feeling that even without them you would still be just as infamous as you are now. There's also the fact that not just anyone could have done what you did in Water-7. That place is on a whole other level compared to before. Both figuratively and literally." Shakky said, making sure that Jack didn't play down his role in the events leading up to this point in time.

They talked for a few hours, and sometime during that time, Jack had made trays of food appear, along with a few bottles of the best alcohol that this world could produce. They ate, they drank, and all around they had a good time. Rayleigh and Shakky both shared stories of their own, and it was then that Jack learned that Shakky had once been the captain of the Kuja pirates, and that she had been the empress of Amazon Lily back in the day.

She also revealed that it was she who had fallen in love with Rayleigh, and that it had been she who had written a letter to him, telling him that if he wanted her, he had best come and get her. Rayleigh told him about how everyone on Roger's crew had been smitten with Shakky back when she was a pirate captain, and even told him that they had let her and her crew beat and rob them of all their treasure.

All in all, it was a rather informative time, one that Jack quite enjoyed. Sadly all good things must come to an end, and upon hearing the explosion off in the distance, Jack knew it was time to end his fun and go and see what was going on. "Be sure to stop on by after you've resolved your problem." Shakky told him, to which he said he would before he disappeared from the bar.

"He's a lot nicer than I thought." Shakky said simply. "I know. There aren't many people like him out in the world, and when they come along the world takes notice of them. I get the feeling there's going to be a new era, and he's going to be the one leading it." Rayleigh said with a grin. He was interested to see where the world was heading, and if he was lucky, he would live long enough to see it.

 (Perona POV)

"This would look super cute on you!" Perona told Luke happily as she held up a dark pink shirt that had "BAD" written on the front of it. For his part, Luke said nothing to the pink-haired woman, choosing instead to glare at a passersby who seemed to find amusement in his situation. "Oh! Look at that! You totally need that!" Perona shouted excitedly upon seeing a case filled with makeup.

"A little eye-shadow and-" She began, but was interrupted when Luke threw the bags of stuff they had already collected onto the ground at her feet. "What's-" She was about to ask when Luke appeared mere inches from her face. "I am not someone that you get to paint to be your perfect lapdog! Fuck these clothes, and fuck this makeup! I'm not wearing any of it!" Luke growled at her.

Taken aback at how angry he was, Perona looked at him for a few seconds before turning her own glare back at him. "Then you can go and fuck yourself, because I'm not going to be doing it anymore!" She shouted at him. "That's fine by me. It was all you were ever good for anyway." Luke said, then turned and began to walk away from her, and Perona knew that their time together was now over. 'Whatever. It's not like I needed him anyway.' She told herself, then turned and began walking in the opposite direction as the one Luke went in.

For a while she walked aimlessly, not really knowing what to do or where to go, until eventually she found herself walking down a dark alleyway. She liked dark places, as they were all usually rather comforting. "Well, if this isn't our lucky day!" A gravelly voice called out from behind her. Turning her head, Perona saw that the alleyway was now blocked by three individuals, and hearing laughter in front of her, she turned again and saw that the front of the alley was also blocked by three men. "Whoa! I bet she'd sell for a fortune!" One of the voices in front of her called out to his buddies. "We can have some fun with her before we sell her, right?" A creepy guy with greasy brown hair the color of mud said excitedly.

Realizing their intentions and having just so recently been dumped for the lack of a better word, Perona was in no mood to humor these people. Before any of them had the chance to react, six ghosts shot out of her hands and flew through each of the people surrounding her, making them all fall to their knees.

 "I'm a flea."

"I should just die."

"I'm worse than scum."

"I'm worthless, that's why no one wants me."

"Trash is better than me."

"I should flush myself down the toilet so I can be where I belong."

The six scumbags each had their own depressing thing to say, however Perona no longer cared about them. They were so insignificant to her, that had they jumped off of a cliff, she wouldn't have even batted an eye. With them having been dealt with, and now in a worse mood because the dark alley was already occupied, Perona moved to find some other place to wallow.

Again she walked around aimlessly for a while, when suddenly she spotted a fat man dressed in white clothes wearing a bubble-looking thing on his head. His attire was very plain, and not catchy at all. In fact, everything about him was plain, and it annoyed her to look at his ugly face. 'Hmm?' She wondered upon realizing that the fat man was riding atop another person like a horse. 'The circus?' Was the first thing she thought of upon seeing such a strange sight. Her attention was drawn away from the weird event taking place when she realized that everyone in the surrounding area seemed to be falling to their knees, but it wasn't because someone was making them.

She surveyed what was going on for almost half a minute before she realized that she actually hated the circus and people in general, thus she decided to move on to somewhere else, however it seemed someone else had something to say about that. "Hey you!" The fat man with the bubble on his head shouted at her. "Fuck off, ugly!" She shouted at him, then continued on past him.

"You dare to stand in my presence?!" That fat man shouted in shocked rage. "You know what…?" She asked coldly as she stared at the fat man. "I've had it with people. You're all ugly, and you think so highly of yourselves, but guess what? You're all stupid, and even if you are goodlooking, when a girl tells you to put on some makeup, you better fucking listen to her!" She ranted angrily, making no sense to anyone who happened to be in the vicinity.

To be more spiteful than anything, Perona made a ghost shoot towards the fat man, however before it reached him a number of people wearing armor jumped to try and block it, but all that accomplished was having them drop to their knees with her ghost continuing on as if no one had been there at all. Upon reaching the fat man, instead of falling to his knees, fatty pulled a gun from his side and shot himself in the head. 'That works too, I suppose.' She thought with a small smile. Said smile only grew wider when the body of the fat guy disappeared and was replaced with a large pile of money, which was far more beautiful than the fat guy ever was.

Taking one of the bags with clothes that she had been carrying around with her, Perona tossed the clothes away and gathered up all of the money. She didn't feel bad about the clothes, mostly because they were for Luke, but also because she hadn't been the one to pay for them in the first place. It was only after she had gathered up all of the money that she realized everyone around her hadn't moved a muscle, which was rather confusing. Scanning the crowd, she saw that they were all looking at her with horrified expressions on their faces, which seemed to confuse her. 'It wasn't like I shot the guy.' She told herself before calmly walking away as if she hadn't been responsible for what just happened.

"Saint Charlos just killed himself…" One of the armored guards said quietly, as if he was only just now comprehending what just happened. It seemed everyone in the crowd was running at the same mental capacity as him because all at once they began to scream and run for their lives, while the woman who started it all didn't seem to have a care in the world as she walked down the road, $300 million berries richer.

Perona had only been walking for a short while after dealing with the circus freak, when suddenly she found herself surrounded by Marine soldiers, all of whom were pointing guns at her. "It's her! She's the one we're after!" A Marine shouted. "I hate this place. There are far too many people who accost girls without provocation." She said to no one in particular. As one, all of the Marines suddenly fell to their knees and began lamenting how sad their lives were.

"It was you! You're the one who killed Charlos!" Another man in ugly white clothes with a fishbowl on his head shouted at her. She was about to tell him how much she disliked the first circus act when she noticed the tall man wearing the yellow suit next to the fishbowl guy, only she recognized this one. As one of the Seven Warlords, Gecko Moria had met this man on numerous occasions, and a few of those times Perona had been there as well.

'What's Admiral Kizaru doing here?!' She cried internally, only now realizing that something was very wrong. "My goodness. So much trouble from one little girl." Kizaru said lazily as he slowly approached her. Knowing how pointless it would be to try and run from this man, Perona was frozen with fear as the terrifying man got closer and closer.

"Tell me, have you ever been kicked at the speed of light?" Kizaru asked even as he raised his leg to kick her. Closing her eyes tightly and holding her breath, Perona waited for the inevitable. An ear-piercing *Boom!* sounded, however the pain she was expecting never came. On the contrary, instead she heard a familiar voice that made her feel as if there were butterflies fluttering around inside of her chest.

"Payback's a bitch, Kizaru!" Luke shouted from where Kizaru once stood. Looking around, it was only then that she saw the terrifying Admiral picking himself up off the ground with a very obvious hole through his left shoulder a short distance away from her. "You-You came back for me?" Perona couldn't help but ask. Turning to look at her, Luke stared for a second before shrugging his shoulders. "Don't overthink it. We don't have to see each other after this." Luke said simply, then in a flash of light he was gone. Perona wanted to tell Luke a lot of things, however right now she was just glad that he was here.

(Luke Strauss POV)

Luke had been itching for a rematch with Kizaru ever since the bastard had ambushed him near Enies Lobby, and now he had finally been able to return the favor. Originally he had kept his distance after leaving the controlling, pink-haired, emo freak, but after seeing her get a Celestial Dragon to commit suicide, he knew she would be in danger. It had taken him quite a while to stop laughing as hard as he was, but when he finally calmed down and found her again, she had been surrounded by Marines, and not that far away from her he had seen two more Celestial Dragons standing next to the man who had injured him all those weeks ago.

Given how Jack had explained that light could move three times faster than lightning, Luke knew he couldn't just blitz in and hope to get the Admiral in one go, so he got as close as he could without being spotted before he charged up an attack that he was able to land on the son-of-a-bitch, which also sent him flying away. Also realizing that there was a chance that Kizaru could still attack Perona, he moved to stand in front of her to shield her from whatever may come.

Taking the time it took for Kizaru to right himself, Luke pointed his hand towards the Celestial Dragon that had shouted at Perona, and in a blink he was convulsing on the ground for a few seconds before his body went still. "You-You just killed father!" A woman wearing a fishbowl on her head shouted angrily. "Don't forget I'm going to kill you too in a moment!" Luke told her, overjoyed at finally getting his vengeance.

Charging up another attack, he fired it at the woman, however this one was deflected by Kizaru, who appeared in front of the woman just in time to save her. "What are you waiting for, Kizaru?! Kill them!" The woman shouted angrily. "Forgive me, Lady Shalria, but your safety comes first. I think it would be best if we retreat." Kizaru said to the girl, however Luke wasn't just going to let that happen.

In a blink he was in front of them, his sword already in motion to cleave the woman in two, however once more Kizaru moved to deflect the blow, only this time he couldn't completely deflect it away from the woman. Instead of being cut in half, the woman lost her right arm, which was just the start of what Luke planned on doing to her. Not relenting, Luke kept up his attacks, sometimes fainting as if he were going to attack the woman when in actuality he was attacking Kizaru and sometimes vice versa.

From the start of the fight, it had only been about three minutes, but already Kizaru had a hole through his shoulder, was missing his left hand, and his left eye. As for Saint Shalria, she was missing her whole right arm, and given her close proximity to the fight, she was the victim of a number of lightning attacks that had caused her to lose consciousness after convulsing a few times. Luke didn't know it, but he had stopped her heart from beating during one attack, but the follow up attack had restarted it, and brought her back to life. If only he had waited another two seconds, her body would have disappeared and he would have been left with a big pile of money.

Luke was about to unleash another volley of attacks when he suddenly sensed someone behind him. Turning quickly, he saw a Marine moving towards Perona, and given how all of her attention was on him, she had yet to notice the incoming threat. Moving quickly, Luke decapitated the man before he got within arms reach of her, then turned back to face Kizaru, and it was only then he noticed how the Admiral was trying to retreat with the World Noble in his arms. "Where do you think you're going?!" Luke called out to him, however before he could attack again, another Marine stepped into his path.

Looking around, Luke saw that more and more Marines were moving to block his path, which only seemed to irritate him. Lightning danced around his blades even as he slaughtered every single Marine in the area, until all that was left was him and Perona. Kizaru had gotten away, and so did the world noble, but he wasn't all that upset about it. He had got to kill one of them, and he had gotten his revenge against Kizaru, even if he would have preferred to kill him.

Turning back to the pink-haired woman who had started all of this, Luke saw her staring at him in that same sort of way as when they had first met. Feeling a little hot himself, he moved just as she did, picking her up so her legs were around his waist, then he moved over to the large pile of money that had appeared where he had killed the World Noble, then the two began to strip their clothes from one another.

Standing on the roof of a nearby building, Jack looked at the scene around him with a frown on his face. 'Why is it every time he kills someone he needs to have sex? And I hardly think this is the time or place.' Jack thought, deciding he would need to have a talk with Luke about this. After all, Kizaru could just as easily come back, and given how Luke's pants were around his ankles, he wouldn't be able to move very quickly. There was also the fact that they were doing it on his money, money he wasn't sure he ever wanted to touch again.

 (General POV)

With Luke having dealt with the biggest problem on the island, Jack decided to go around to the auction houses where he freed all of the slaves and killed every person who was involved in selling the people. Also, given how much of a problem the Marines were being, he felt the need to go and kill most of them too, though he did leave a few alive, if only because he didn't want the island to be completely enveloped in chaos, regardless of how likely it would already come to pass. Hell, the island was already in chaos, it was just more contained than it normally would have been.

During his exploration of the island, he saw Nami, Nojiko, Tashigi, and Robin all riding a rollercoaster, and not too far away he saw Smoker sitting on a bench watching them with a smile. 'Huh, I guess they met up after their spa treatment and decided they wanted to go to the amusement park.' Jack concluded. Still, he was glad to see that they were all happy, and rather than ruining that, he moved on to keep doing what he was doing.
