Lin Mu finally looked closely at her clothes.
Now that he knew what they were, he could faintly sense the depth hidden within them. No obvious aura, no overwhelming pressure, but a subtle stability that felt like ancient mountains.
"Those are made from Celestial Beast leather, right?" Lin Mu asked slowly.
He had long since suspected it, but was not sure of it.
Cattaleya nodded. "My clan makes these. Everyone in my clan has the same problem. Clothes die fast. So we use beast leather that does not."
Elyon's mouth opened slightly. "Do you realize those clothes are probably worth more than a few kingdoms?" He had never expected that those crude clothes were worth so much.
Daoist Chu nodded. "Likely."
Lin Mu sighed. "Then I suppose it does not matter what you wear. No one will dare complain."
Meng Bai nodded. "True."
Cattaleya grinned proudly. "Good. Then I stay like this."
With everyone finally ready, they headed out.
