"Cattaleya, Daoist Chu, Monk Hushu—you three, East," Lin Mu continued. "The terrain there is layered with frozen mist. Use it."
Daoist Chu pressed his palms together, activating a set of runic chants that covered the tree, providing them protection against cold. "We'll make sure none of them get away."
Cattaleya grinned, her black greatsword materializing in her hands. "Good. I was getting bored."
With another flash of light, the trio disappeared.
Finally, Lin Mu turned to Elyon. "You know the plan."
Elyon's expression didn't change. "Shadow and space. Swift and silent."
"Exactly," Lin Mu replied, his tone calm. "North is ours."
The two stepped forward, and the array beneath them blazed to life.
