"Don't think we'll be scared just because your lawyer is articulate. You're trying to turn the tables on us," the woman said hatefully, casting a hostile glance at Lawyer Zhang, as if she desperately wanted to rush over and tear him apart.
Lawyer Zhang smiled faintly and began to speak leisurely, "Madam, I'm merely stating the facts. The lady here has also recounted the events, and I think, since it all happened in front of everybody, she wouldn't lie. If what this lady has said is true, then we will have to pursue your legal responsibility."
"Responsibility? What responsibility could I possibly have?" the woman defiantly retorted, her neck stiffening.
"You want to extort money by demanding a hefty compensation from my client," said Lawyer Zhang.
