Li Ang walked up and removed a yellow sticky note from the screen of the turned-off television. The handwriting on it was blurry and messy, as if someone had written it in extreme nervousness and panic.
["Be careful of those paintings"]
"Paintings?"
Li Ang raised an eyebrow and turned to look at the living room.
There were a total of four paintings in Room 0508. One depicted an old woman in black reading to a group of children. Another featured a sailing ship navigating through a storm. A third showed a group of British Nobles on horseback, leading hunting dogs through a forest. The last was of a young girl in a long dress, sitting in a chair with a fan covering her face.
