After the World Tree fell, the Elf Clan still had eight Demigod Envoys.
Relying on the power of these Demigod Envoys, the Elves were even able to hold on in the Elf Forest for a while.
However, after Eve's revival, not a single loyal Demigod remained.
Eve vaguely knew that over the past few hundred years, some Elf Demigods had perished at the hands of Uller's Divine Envoy, but the Half-Beast clan has always been terrible at record-keeping, and their murals all look the same, so it was unclear who it was.
The Elf Clan's records on the whereabouts of the Demigods were also poorly documented, clearly deliberately erased.
Of course, Eve now knows that this was likely done intentionally by the surviving Elf Demigods.
They had embarked on a different path.
That was the path to revive the Mother Goddess.
