Cypress looked at the door then at his sister sighing , "You are going the get in trouble with the church for that...." Dahlia smiled warmly and sat up. "It was to drive that man away. The church will also gain reputation if I, a terminally ill person, suddenly recovered." Cypress thought about it for a moment then slowly nodded, "That is true I guess.."
As the siblings were conversing a priest walked in carrying a small bowl of water.
"Greetings," the priest nodded as he changed the bandage on Cypress's arm and taking away the towel that had been on Dahlia's forehead. Cypress stood up placing his hand on his shoulder then bowing to the priest. "Thank the goddess that you found us."
"We are here to heal the injured and raise the orphaned," the priest responded with a smile as he stood up to leave.
