The floor after the valley of giants was a world of sound and confusion. The portal dumped them into the center of a massive, circular arena. They had no eyes, but they could feel the movement of air. They hunted by slicing through the wind with their razor-sharp wing edges. There were hundreds of them, swirling around the arena in a chaotic, deafening cloud. They moved in a blur, and the sound of their wings was like a million angry hornets.
