"Don't you think it's funny?"
Shen Cheng stopped laughing, but her brows and eyes were still smiling. Her lips, painted with rose-colored lipstick, were slightly curved, blending sensuality with a touch of allure.
Shi Yu's Adam's apple moved slightly, and a layer of heat quickly covered the bottom of his eyes.
Suddenly, he released his grip on her chin, raised his hand to adjust his immaculate cuff, and spoke casually, "Is there anything you want to ask me?"
Shen Cheng leaned against the nearby alcohol table, playing with the goblet on the table with her slender fingers, glancing sideways at Shi Yu, "What are you referring to?"
"Shi Keke."
He answered.
Shen Cheng tapped the goblet lightly with her fingertips, "Didn't she just say it? She's your uncle's daughter, which makes her your cousin."
"She's adopted."
As he said this, Shi Yu was calm, with no change in expression on his face as if discussing something irrelevant to himself.
Adopted?
