In the basic understanding, the "destructive effect" of the Abyss on all things is unconditional and unrestricted. The nature of the Abyss is such: non-material, non-energy, a form that cannot be described by any worldly concepts. It appears as a two-dimensional pattern in simple observation, usually accompanied by polluting black diffusive substances (smoke, dust, or other similar-looking things). This black diffusive "substance" is essentially not any material but simply an optical phenomenon. Because the Abyss destroys the fundamental rules within a certain range, it causes various optical rules to be distorted, eventually yielding an effect similar to "unobservable," thus producing that black cloud-like "thing." Based on the same principle, the two-dimensional pattern that the Abyss presents is also merely an optical phenomenon and not truly existent.
However, few people know that the Abyss itself actually has no "lethal" effect.
