Stepping out, I dried off and got myself dressed and scratched Kitty under the chin a little before going to the kitchen, where Stacy and Kara were working on breakfast. "Kara, is it Freya who took the appointment of that Medusa yesterday?" I asked as I walked through.
"Yes, Mistress," Kara replied, "I did not learn the time she wished to come for yet, Mistress."
Kara's clarification hit me, and I quickly asked where Freya was and found that she was cleaning my room upstairs. I quickly departed and headed upstairs to learn what time the Medusa was going to be here. I walked in to find Freya hurrying around cleaning up the room and toys. "Freya, what time is that Medusa woman I promised to see today arriving?" I asked bluntly.
"Mistress," Freya said, turning to me with her hands on the toys, rubbing them with a cloth to clean them with some type of cleaner. Probably the toy cleaner I taught her to make ages ago. "She will be arriving early afternoon," Freya said, "Something about an important meeting in the morning and cannot make it till then. But she will have most of the early evening but not the night to enjoy your treatment," Freya explained.
"Perfect," I replied and turned, "See you later, Freya, I will reward you when I have time," I finished departing and heading back downstairs.
"Mistress, wait~!" I suddenly heard Freya yell as I was about to depart, and I turned around.
"What is it?" I asked as Freya looked stunned.
"Oh, Sorry, Mistress, I just almost forgot to tell you that someone asked for a Thunder whipping last week, and I told them you were out of town. I told them that you would be back soon, and they said that they will meet you at the meeting spot you previously designated and will wait a maximum of two weeks before coming back in a couple of months."
"That is fantastic news," I said with a grin.
"Also, I have been feeding the slave you left boxed up. She seems to be getting desperate."
I looked at her, surprised, and then I remembered that I had taken one of the patrol officers back with me. "Oh, thank you for reminding me, I forgot about her. Good work," I said with a smile, and I shook my head, chastizing myself for forgetting. "I guess I should see her soon. I wonder if she has softened up."
I chuckled and departed, heading downstairs.
It took several more tens of minutes before breakfast was ready, but I ate and quickly departed. I armed myself before leaving, and I first headed to the Warehouse, where I moved everything. It was time to figure out the state of things, and I frowned as I noticed it was the last of the things that I needed to send to 'Daddy' before getting more from the Lich. That meant I would have some time, and 'Daddy' also needed to pay for the second half of the goods.
The Silver and copper needed to be stored somewhere better, instead of a cheap brothel at the edge of the docks. It was a prime looting area, and holding all of this here to spend was best for complicated money laundering schemes. Which meant this needed to be sent out slowly. Luckily, I can get started with Melony laundering these things as she was now in my grips. After some time to recover, she would be right back working this business and easily move things.
After checking the Warehouse, I decided to head to the Inn, where I met the Lich. It was going to take some time, and before I did so, I turned back and headed to the brothel in order to get ready for the Medusa. It was going to be interesting dealing with the B ranker that was clearly someone more special than Avery. I should probably also send something to Avery to let him know that I am back, but business is business, and I needed to deal with that first.
With the Lich waiting for me tonight at the Inn, it meant that they had to be somewhere nearby but out of sight. But there was that two-week window that they gave, which meant that the ship probably left right after setting off a cutter in the middle of the night and would be waiting for the lich afterward.
I frowned, wondering what we were going to do for a pick up, but that would be something that we deal with when we talk tonight. No, for me now, the big problem was who this Medusa was and how she wanted to be treated.
I frowned and walked along quickly, reaching the Brothel and wondering about many things. I would still need to check up on the alchemical and general shop stores that I would be making and how to purchase the property I needed for it.
So many things are going on at the same time.
I headed inside the Brothel as I arrived, and as I did so, I was greeted with a Carriage here much earlier than I expected and with the woman in question already following me inside. It seems that I would be working right after I got back. I shook my head and I saw Freya at the front and I nodded to her, "I am going to wash up quickly, you can send them up to the room for our meeting so I can be properly dressed and cleaned."
"As you wish, Mistress," Freya said, and I departed, going to get ready for something new.
