Under normal circumstances, refining and adjusting the Order Divine Chain is something only Nine-star Lords would do. It's at this realm that they deepen the evolution of the Order Divine Chain in preparation for condensing the Great Dao.
Guding, however, due to the long gestation period of the Order Divine Chain each time, would refine and adjust it when bored.
The evolution of the Order Divine Chain is divided into four levels.
The first level, condensing Divine Weapons.
This level is the simplest; almost everyone who condenses an Order Divine Chain can do it, though the difference lies in proficiency. However, even a bit of clumsiness in battle can lead to demise, so many stay at this level for a long time until they are thoroughly familiar with the changes in the Order Divine Chain.
The second level, Observing All Things.
