Ethan Laurent was quite satisfied with her compliance, and with his arm around her waist, he pulled Summer Ford's leaning body back up.
Summer Ford glanced askance at the railing beside her, wanting to step back and keep some distance, but Ethan Laurent held her tight, unwilling to let go.

Ethan pointed at his lips.
At this moment, all Summer Ford wanted was to quickly leave this dangerous place, not thinking much about it. With his hint, she stood on tiptoes, wrapped her arms around his neck, and kissed him on the lips. Ethan Laurent, following suit, pressed down on her head, refusing to release her.
Summer Ford was a bit shorter than him, so she had to stand quite high on her toes to reach him for the kiss.
