"Who do you want to come?" This would at least give him a sense of direction to strive for.
"You'll know once you've conveyed my words."
"Alright then, Aunt." Shen Ming reluctantly agreed and, on his way out, happened to encounter Hai Shen pacing at the door. He couldn't help but give him a sympathetic look.
"Cousin."
Hai Shen ignored him. The two families hadn't interacted for years, already falling out. Who was his cousin? Stop trying to ingratiate himself.
"You dare not acknowledge it? My aunt is sitting inside! You go in there, I dare you not to call her Aunt."
"Of course, I will call her."
"See?" Watching Hai Shen looking stumped, Shen Ming finally felt a bit of relief in his heart.
After Shen Ming left, Hai Shen stood outside, hesitating, not knowing how to go in or what to say once inside. He was so nervous now that his palms were sweating.
