The moment the power was cut off in the underground prison agartha, various error notification pop ups on the command room center, as Head General Alex commanded it's personnel to immediately change the channel towards the emergency power generator and cut the line off from the original power generator.
"Quick! Change the channels now!"
"Emergency! Some prisoners are taking this momentary freedom to cause chaos within the underground prison" said by one personnel
"Riot had ensue and the stationed guard bots can't handle the escaping prisoners" said by the other personnel
"Alert! The prisoners regained their chaos abilities after the power shit down"
Hearing all of this, Head General Alex quickly issued an order to form internal units and send some forces to suppress the riot within the underground prison. Of course this decision was quite a surprise while some personnel hesitated whether this move was the correct answer.
After all they were currently in a heated war with the chaos beings, so they needed all the available hands on deck if they wanted to win and survive the attack. Sending some people to suppress the prisoner is somewhat a bad move in this situation where manpower is needed the most.
However Head General Alex has his own reasons for doing so. Even though winning this war takes the most priority, he can't afford to ignore the possibility that the prisoners may become the catalyst for their defeat if they ever decided to join the enemies side.
Even though that future is unlikely, he does not dare take the chances.
"General! Are you sure?" Asked by Head Chief Oliver
"Alex..." called out by Luitenant Owen
"I'm sure" replied by Head General Alex
Seeing the determination in the General's eyes, they have no choice but to comply in order to prevent the prisoners from ever escaping.
At the same time in this very moment, August easily took control of the rioting prisoners in his sector with only his own effort alone. Even though this was a chance to escape prison, he has no intention to ever escape this place. After all, as far as he remembered, he had been running from the organization all this time, he was tired, in fact he even begun to dream an ordinary life.
After their capture back in Moscow, he has every chance to escape the organization restriction but chooses not to. At most in their capture, non of his members would die.
He had already taken care of those arrogant, hard to control, stubborn members in his group, what left of them now are his loyal members. To ensure their safety, he had put down his amnisoty against the organization and let himself be captured.
Alongside it he knew that the organization is also currently watching the situation through their cameras, if push comes to shove and this chaos ensue, the organization wouldn't mind killing a few prisoners to maintain the control in the underground prison, by then his members would naturally be affected and wouldn't be able to escape such movement. So to ensure their safety once more, he had ordered his members to return to their cell when they came to pick him up.
At first this confused his members since this was a perfect time to escape especially since the surface was in chaos, but with August stubbornness, they soon reluctantly followed his orders and returned to their cell holdings.
Unbeknownst to his members, when August regained his ability, he somewhat sensed the thick amount of blood dripping in the surface floor. Many were dying in this battlefield, and especially the tension was high. The organization itself are already on edge, so if they ever pushed their buttons more, the organization's patience may snap and kill the prisoners instead.
With that in mind he then planned to get on their good side instead and took control of his sector. Under his power, all the prisoners in his sector was easily subdued as he has a very nasty skill were he can control a living person's blood inside thir body. With him there, the situation in his sector was easily settled making the organization quite thankful towards him.
This merit naturally caught Head General Alex attention and with victory in mind, he had remembered that August might be useful in this war and plan to shoot his shot for one last time.
With that when the personnel arrived at the underground prison, their burden was quite small which caused a surprise, but their questions were immediately answered when Head General Alex used their communication piece and ordered someone to hand their piece towards August.
Even though hesitant, the personnel followed suite and brought some men to head towards August sector. Based on records August is a cruel, but smart person to the point that he always manage to escape from the organization itself and somewhat hide his tracks. What's more his ability to control blood is seriously frightening which made his a seriously dangerous person.
Upon reaching his sector, the personnel and his men naturally expected a fight, but was surprised to reach the area completely at peace. In fact when they arrived, August simply sat to the side as he doesn't care whether the organization clean the mess for him or not.
"Your August murim right?"
"I am"
"Head General Alex has a message for you"
When the personnel handed his and earpiece, the head general voice naturally came through as it communicated with him through the line.
["I've been meaning to talk to you for a very long time now"]
"Well here I am"
["August murim, I have a request... I've heard a lot about you and I wish that you would join this war and help us win it"]
"This war... is too brutal, your just going to use us... I bet your planning to kill us after using us... I'm not that naive General, but if you want help then there is no reason to refuse... of course I require compensation"
["Compensation you say? Fine! Tell me what do you need?"]
"Free me and my members, clear our charges, return everything you confiscated from us, and perhaps I can lend you a hand"
After careful deliberation, Head General Alex had no choice but to accept. After all their situation was dire. Alongside it, from that moment on, the R.E.A.P.E.R had been revived.
