Max and the group got out of the other truck. During the ride, he talked with the A.I. Possible recruits it found for him. Specifically an extremely dangerous one at that. Then the message from a few of the demons about some really nice developments made things even better.
'Alert them that hefty rewards are coming towards them. As for his training, tell them to actually start doing it themselves. I have a pretty good Manual for the Bronze Tiger to hone his rage. But that requires a conversation between us.' Thinking about the other possibles, Max did not want to risk the loss. 'As for Sandra Wu-San, I will make her a personal disciple myself. Her sister does not need to be killed by David Cain. That is just a waste. Send a demon to watch over her carefully. And message her sister now. No need to risk it.'
(Very well. I think she will respond well to find a martial master so close to her.) The A.I. words causing him slight pause. (Sandra Wu-San is in Gotham. She has made contact with a member of the League of Shadows already. A small altercation between herself and another. I will act accordingly.)
"Well, do hurry up or do we have to do all the work?" A thug asked. He received nothing so he figured they needed to do everything. "Lazy bastards." As they moved to get the shipment, they were suprised when it open up.
In the back were Tigress and a few of the others. Guns in their hands as they opened fire. All precise tranquilizer shots.
"What the hell?!" The thug question. Turning, he was met by a strike from Max. "Ukk!" Max delivered a strike to the mans throat. Not to knock him out, but to kill him. The head was seperated from the body cleanly.
"Thought you wanted to get them nicely?" Taskmaster asked.
"I want you all to do that. I am here to kill." Max's voice was hoarse as he spoke. Barley controlled rage. Laying direct eyes on the forces and seeing the silhouette up top did it. "The Shan Triad will lose a great many forces today."
Taskmaster looked over seeing some men come out with guns. One of them he recognize as General Tsun. The others, a branch of Ghost Dragons. Foot soldiers of the ancient Traid group.
"I will make sure things stay fine down here." In a jump, Max was already killing the Triad members on the staircase. 'Good idea to not fight against him.'
"Outburst!" Max roared. Demonic energy melted the bodies of the Triad members. He shot forward heading to the main room. He could feel his eye burning. Someone he did not like was there.
*Bang!* With a punch, the metal door was destroyed.
"Who the hell is it!?" A man dressed in a silver suit said startled. A bit of a monkey motif and design with his clothing.
"Silver Monkey.. you have stooped to drug trafficking and human trafficking with these lowlifes!" Max shot forward in a blinding speed. Those in the way received quick palm strikes. His attention on the Silver Monkey.
"Quite powerful!" Silver Monkey attacked back seriously. 'Who is this!?' His bo staff came off his back quickly to defend.
*Bing!* The sound of metal on metal went out. The staff was slightly dented from Max's palm. Silver Monkey sliding back from the force recovered enough to counter. Several knives were thrown towards center location.
With a wave, the knives were caught in a spiritual wave. With a twist, they were sent towards the already hurt triad members. Lodged into the arms causing a few to lose it.
"Hahahah!" Silver Monkey sent out several thrusts with his staff. Max parrying them as he moved closer. Silver Monkey was more of an Assassin than a Martial Artist. This ended up annoying Max. "Hah!"
*Woosh!* A staff thrust came out fast towards Max neck.
Max vanished from the spot reappearing behind. His right hand, shaped to stab. In one fluid motion, he pierced Silver Monkey's side. The muscle was tough but not tough enough. He reacted fast delivering a strike to Max's face and kicking him away.
Max stopped the moment as soon as it started. Another group of the Triad came in. Opening fire on Max instantly. Silver Monkey jumped to the side in a leap. Very much the movement of the animal he imitated.
*Tat! Tat! Tat! Tat! Tat! Tat! Tat!* A rain of bullets hit Max.
"I hate your kind." Max clapped his hands togethor then did an inverted sigh. Black lighting wrapping around his fingers. "I know some demons who will love you."
"Its not working! Run!" One of the members yelled. He shot off right as the lighting left from Max. 'I do not want to die!'
*Bzzzt!* The lighting jumped from each member frying their nervous system. Just enough force to cripple movement.
"Open!" Max commanded. A gate to hell formed. The more dangerous demons Max kept, skulked out in happiness. To crazed to take on a human form for more than a minute. "You are allowed to do what you want with them. Find out what they know."
"Of course master." A demon that had no head but eyes in the shoulders said. Its mouth was located where its waist was. "Happy hunting." It watched as Max pursued the fleeing Assassin. 'hmm, not a drop of blood from these guns. He has gotten stronger.'
"Ahhhhh!" A man let out a scream as demon started to feast on his soul. "'m sorry!" That meant nothing to them.
Max caught up with Sliver Monkey jumping onto another building. The Assasin was pretty fast but couldn't get away fast enough.
*Fwip!* Max did a Flicker Jab. The snapping sent a spirit fist knocking Silver Monkey in the back ot the head. This caused Silver Monkey to slide to the edge of the roof.
"Ughh! Why are you here?!" Silver Monkey eyes bore into Max approaching him slowly. His arms and legs completely disable. "Do you know who we are!?"
"Yes. This is why I am doing this. A city can not hope to recover when monsters like you are involved. Perpetuating fear and despair constantly..." Max had his arms spread. Spirit energy glowing around his fingers. "..creating addicts from the weak little masses. They have it bad enough as it is."
"Ughhh!" With effort, Silver Monkey was able to move his neck. Constant training defintely brought him close to that of a cultivator. But not close enough to bridge the gap to the next level. "So you are going to save them!? Hah! They are weak and stupid!"
"You are right. But I have to try. I gave my word long ago." Max was right over him as his hands glowed even brighter.
"Who appointed you?!" Silver Monkey cried. Up in the building, Taskmaster watched intently through a scope. "Who gave you the right?!"
"The Earth did. I am her Eternal disciple." Max voiced sounded like that of a lunatic to Silver Monkey. "Fine peace in death!" Max dug his fingers into the man's temples. Ripping the mind for all the information available.
"AAAhhhhhh!" Silver Monkey howled fiercely. His throat-ripping from the pain. Blood coming from out of his mouth as Max continued. "Nnnbbbll!" He could feel his mind getting rifled through. In a matter of seconds that felt like hours, it ended.
*Splut!* Blood oozed on the roof before the bod was hoisted up by Max. A quick check showed the organs were more than healthy. Max checked a list. A few kids in the hospital were in need of the parts now available.
"What a nice donation. The Triad is so nice to donate." Max stood there for a bit. He was aware of Taskmaster having the scope on him the entire time. He did not pull the trigger. 'Smart man. Such a treat to play with him like this.'

Clean Up-
.
Tigress had rounded up everything they could. The shipments and weapons. A small dispute broke out with Max about the Heroin. He burned causing them to become livid. But They understood enough about why it needed to be burned. He allowed them to take the weapons. Provided it was removed from the U.S. They were marked with a spiritual sigil, so he would know if they made it back into the country.
"My boss says your terms are... ok." Taskmaster closed his burner phone. "The guns and what you paid before is enough for us to start hitting the Triad hard."
"Here." Max opened a portal dropping a few more bags of gold. A stash that silver monkey had tucked away. He also made a map for Taskmaster to hit. His demons would go to the real good ones though. "Hit these places. Get the people out of there. No casualties on those taken."
"What do you want us to do with the .. girls?" Taskmaster was slightly uncomfortable about the human trafficking aspect. He rather not mess with it at all. But orders were orders.
"Send them here." Max gave him another map. "A place for them to live as well as learn how to do good."
Each of the places were areas the amazons could check on. Specifically places Athena and Hippolyta said they will watch over. It was agreed he would help recruit with them. But on his terms. No forcing and the Amazons had to honor that the girls he provided had families. No indoctrination and men bashing bullshit.
"I will see you in a few days to hit the next locations. Right now, I have to go and bomb a few warehouses of the mafia." Max was getting ready to leave when he was stopped.
"You know a few people like us, I want to meet them." Tigress said.
"I will get in contact with them, and you can go fro there. As well as a pediatrician for you. Do not give me that look. Arrangements with me come with all sorts of medical." Max shrugged at them. "Oh, if you have anyone in your team using, get them to detox with in a week. I do not allow sloppy work."
"Let us bob the Mafia for you. if not, we are going to have to my question to answer from being over paid." Taskmaster said. Max nodded and left. "He is a monster. I saw him I don't know what he did actually."
"Pay is good though right?" One of the lackeys asked.
"To good. He is buttering us up. I do not know if he is laying the groundwork to get us to betray the league, or if it is something else." Taskmaster shook his head as he thought things over. 'But he made himself known to me. Why do so? But the others are acting odd. Very accepting of things. Did he do something to them?'
"I am not looking a gift horse in the mouth." Tigress said. "This helped us out a lot. I already know you won't retire or take things slow. At least we have money if you get yourself killed." The others grinning knowing that would be the most likely outcome.

-Elsewhere-
.
"What is it?" An old man asked. he was mostly covered and spoke good English. He was an informant for the Triad.
"We were hit sir." The informant said. "The cops swarmed the places and the others.. they didn't make it."
"But you made it huh." The old man stood up and looked ready to beat the informant. "But a flash caught his eye. "Run!"
*Kow!* A shot went through the air. A canister landed nearby. Sleeping gas.
"Shit! It's that Task Force!" Another flunky yelled. He was already running to the exit. "They are ot getting me." He stopped as the barrel of a gun was in front of him. Gordon in full tactical girl holding it up.
Another officer with cuffs in his hands, eyed him. The gesture was very simple. Cuff yourself or have him do it. The taskforce had a bit of a reputation already. Good at making things stick so he knew it was over if he didn't get away. But resistance never went well for anyone.
