Fighting more than a dozen opponents alone, even with Luna possessing 19 Silver Moon Crystals and described as having unparalleled combat power, she couldn't directly confront the Apostles of the Moon God. Their Miracles took too high a priority. She could only continuously dodge their attacks using Teleportation Feathers, occasionally landing a heavy blow on an enemy before continuing her escape.
But the Apostles had the Dream Death State. Even if Luna blew their heads off, their partners could carry them away for a quick rescue and resurrection.
And if Luna were hit and killed by their attack-type Miracles, a crowd would surely fight over her head.
