A violent tremor seized Vivian, her body contorting in a strange dance against her will. A peculiar force shook her, rattling her bones as she pitched forward, collapsing onto her knees. Her back arched in a horrifying, unnatural curve, her eyes rolling back to reveal only whites. Spasms ripped through her, each one like an electrical shock of pure agony as an unprecedented episode of epilepsy revealed its power.
Her throat closed, making air a luxury as the convulsions continued their relentless assault. Then, mercifully, darkness claimed her consciousness to wash away the pain and the terror.
