"My Emperor…" Isabella walked towards him, trying to calm him down.
"Isabella, I believed you would stop Tia from divining, but you have disappointed me." Davis glared at her.
"…" Isabella's gaze churned, instantly turning moist, "You- you can't say that…"
"Stop it. If you want to punish someone, punish me." Myria stepped forward, "I was the one who encouraged Tia."
"This isn't about punishing…" Davis raised his hands, looking like he wanted to explain, but he was really limited in his words with the terrifying existences around them.
A second later, Davis dropped his hand, wanting to hug Isabella and console her, but couldn't because of the sickness.
He slammed his face with his hand, looking frustrated.
