The God-Slayer’s Mandate

Nova_Veil
One world is a cage of ice. The other is a cafe on Earth. Both are about to burn. In the Kingdom of Aetheleon, Jai Chenwongo has everything. He is the golden heir to the strongest family in the land, a genius of elemental magic, and a boy "carved from light." But Jai’s perfect life is a lie. He is haunted by dreams of a man with golden blood and a red katana—dreams of a "God Slayer" who refused to die. While Jai struggles to awaken his powers in the Academy, a young man sits in a quiet cafe on Earth. He has black hair, eyes the color of fresh blood, and a silence about him that feels like the calm before a storm. Jai is the key. But Rayn is the Mandate. As the boundaries between worlds begin to thin, a divine conspiracy thousands of years in the making starts to unspool. The Gods think they are safe in their heavens, but the Mandate has been issued—and it only ends when the last throne is empty.

The Dragons and their allies waged war against the Eldan empire, leading to the third galactic war. The Eldans were defeated, and spared from extinction by being exiled to the continent of Helleny in their birth planet of Depheron. They were forbidden from ever appearing in the galaxy again. Thousands of years have passed since then, and an Eldan has risen to defy the order of the Dragons and their endorsed rulers of the Galaxy. But to stand against the might of the new galactic empire and the more powerful Dragons would require more than mere determination or a large army. It would also require the even more difficult and mythically impossible breakthrough to the unknown realm of Supreme Overlord which the Primordial Luminary attained countless eras past...
